a podcast about finding balance in the pursuit of wellbeing
Not Too Tight, Not Too Loose is a podcast about finding balance in the pursuit of wellbeing. Inspired by an ancient teaching about meditation, music, and finding a middle path between extremes, Not Too Tight, Not Too Loose explores developments in psychology, psychedelics, meditation, spirituality, AI and more. We talk with leading thinkers and practitioners to make sense of both the cutting edge and traditional wisdom. Rather than searching for ways to fix what’s wrong, Not Too Tight, Not Too Loose invites us to stay humble, pay attention, and realize that wellbeing isn’t about flipping the right switch but rather, that it’s more like keeping an instrument in tune.
